Welcome to Student Corner ("Student Corner", "we", "us", "our"), an AI-powered student learning platform operated by Mukesh Meena, based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. By accessing or using Student Corner at student.mukeshaitools.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

Student Corner provides an AI-powered learning companion for Indian students — from school (6th–12th) to competitive exams (UPSC, SSC, Banking, Railways, Defence). Features include AI chat assistance, MCQ practice, visual timelines, map-based learning, and study plan generation. The service uses AI (including third-party AI models) to generate educational content.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

            Age Requirements:
            You must be at least 13 years old to use Student Corner.
If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you may only use Student Corner — including subscribing to any paid plan — with the express consent of a parent or legal guardian. By completing registration or making a payment, you confirm that parental/guardian consent has been obtained.
Parents or guardians who authorize use by a minor are fully responsible for compliance with these Terms and for any charges incurred.
Users aged 18 and above may register and subscribe independently.

        

3. Plans & Payments

Student Corner offers a free tier, a 3-day trial (full Pro access upon email verification), and a paid Pro plan (billed monthly at ₹99/month or yearly at ₹999/year) via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize charges as per your selected billing cycle. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change with prior notice.

            Minor Payment Policy: If a student aged 13–17 subscribes to a paid plan, payment must be made by a parent or legal guardian using their own payment method. The parent/guardian accepts full financial responsibility for the subscription.
        

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Payments already made are non-refundable, except where required by applicable Indian consumer protection law, or in cases of duplicate/erroneous charges, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Student Corner only for lawful educational purposes. You must not:

Use the service to generate harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI/API infrastructure.
Share your account credentials with others.
Use the service for any purpose other than personal learning and education.

6. AI-Generated Content

Study content, MCQ questions, explanations, and analyses are generated by AI models and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Always verify important information from authoritative sources, especially for competitive exam preparation. Student Corner is a learning aid, not a replacement for official study materials.

7. Safe Mode & Content

Student Corner includes a Safe Mode feature that filters potentially harmful or inappropriate content. We recommend enabling Safe Mode, especially for younger students. However, AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be 100% filtered at all times.

8. Service Availability

Student Corner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mukesh Meena / Student Corner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated study content for exams or assessments.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or pose a security risk to the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Student Corner after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan having jurisdiction over any disputes.
